Sneak Peek to this weekend’s wedding in a beautiful Hill Country home in Helotes, Texas. When I first met with Claudia & Felix I loved learning about the simple and humble approach they were taking for their wedding, their relationship and their feature. These lovebirds fell in love at first sight during Claudia’s study abroad in Madrid where she met Felix in the same Mercado where she was studying baile flamenco at Amor de Dios Centro De Arte Flamenco y Danza Española. When I asked how they approached each other, Felix, answered with, “le chiflé”, which translates to “I whistled at her” and I almost cried, because I could not believe how obvious their love was even within a couple of minutes of having met them. I felt how special their destined encounter was and became honored to hear all about their love and their lives in Spain. Fast forward to their wedding day, Javier and I were in awe, but mostly excited to shoot such beautiful scenery and reception decor. It always amazes me to see family and friends come together to produce a wedding day full of meaningful details and creative ideas, and this was definitely that occasion at it’s finest. Thank you, Claudia & Felix, for reminding us to be humble and to reflect on the small things in life that come at no price and end up being some of our most important values.
